Grief Transition Haven
You May Be Here Because...
You’re caring for someone you love and feeling emotionally exhausted.
You’re grieving while still trying to hold everything together.
You’re facing difficult decisions and questioning whether you’re doing enough.
You’re carrying anticipatory grief, uncertainty or fear.
You’re longing for a safe space where you don’t have to be the strong one.
Grief is a transition, not something to “fix”
A transition is a threshold between what was and what is yet to come.
Sometimes these transitions arrive gradually. Sometimes they arrive unexpectedly.
Whether through caregiving, serious illness, loss, grief or end-of-life experiences, we often find ourselves standing in what can feel like the “messy middle” — a place of uncertainty, vulnerability and change.
My role is not to fix, advise or impose.
My role is to walk alongside you.
Together we create space to pause, breathe, reflect and navigate what is unfolding with compassion, dignity and meaning.
Heart-Centred Support For Carers, Grief and End-of-Life Journeys
I offer compassionate companionship and emotional support for people experiencing:
-
Caregiver overwhelm and compassion fatigue
-
Anticipatory grief
-
Bereavement and loss
-
End-of-life journeys
-
Life transitions and identity shifts
-
Emotional and spiritual exhaustion
-
Meaning-making after loss
Together we create space for:
✓ Being heard without judgement
✓ Finding calm amidst uncertainty
✓ Reconnecting with your own wellbeing
✓ Exploring difficult emotions safely
✓ Navigating decisions with confidence
✓ Honouring both your needs and those of the person you care for
Perhaps you’ve found yourself thinking…
“I love them, but I’m running on empty.”
“Who am I beyond caring for them?”
“I’m grieving every day, but they’re still here.”
“What if I make the wrong decision?”
“How do I find peace in such a long goodbye?”
These are deeply human questions.
You do not have to carry them alone.

I am a storyteller at heart, and like many stories, mine began with love and loss.
When my mother journeyed through her dementia and palliative care pathway towards the end of her life, I became daughter, caregiver and witness to her experience.
That journey changed me.
It deepened my compassion, taught me how love can endure even as memory fades, and ultimately became the foundation of my life’s calling.
Today, I bring together lived experience, ongoing study and a heart-centred approach to grief, caregiving and end-of-life support.
I believe caregiving is not simply a role—it is a sacred relationship.
And I believe that every story, even in its most difficult chapters, still contains beauty, dignity, connection and meaning.
